I. The fisherman's note
I am a fisherman. For a long time I worked the surface of Ink and watched the same nets come up.
Tokens with hidden taxes. Owners who could print more whenever they liked. Teams who sold the moment anyone arrived. The water looked busy, but nothing lived in it for long.
One morning something else was in the net. It was heavy, and it was alive. A whale.
I could have sold it. Instead I cut the net. I kept none of it. Whatever it becomes now belongs to those who swim with it.

II. What Kujira is
A memecoin on Ink, and an experiment in rewarding the ones who stay.
- One billion KUJI. Minted once, at the start. Nobody can make more.
- The Pod. Stake KUJI and share in a fixed pool of rewards. Bigger stakes and longer stays earn more, up to 2.5 times.
- The Drop. A quarter of all KUJI, released in rounds to people already on the water: Ink traders first, then the pod's whales.
- The ranks. Krill, Fish, Dolphin, Orca, Kujira. Every creature has its place.
III. What Kujira is not
Not a promise.
KUJI is a meme. It has no intrinsic value, no roadmap of riches, no team, no presale, no investors and no tax. Nobody is promising you a return, and you should not buy anything you can't afford to lose. If it grows, it grows because people chose to gather.
IV. Ryoshi's way
Give it away. Keep nothing. Let the community build.
Ryoshi, the anonymous creator of Shiba Inu, launched a token with no team allocation, put the liquidity out of reach, and stepped back. Kujira follows that spirit. It is inspired by Ryoshi; it is not connected to Ryoshi or to Shiba Inu.
- No team tokens. Not one KUJI held back.
- Liquidity burned. The LP tokens go to the dead address, permanently. The transaction is posted for anyone to check.
- Code you can read. Every contract is verified on the Ink explorer, and the code is open.
- No hidden switches. No tax, no blacklist, no pause, no upgrades.
V. The tides
Where every KUJI goes
1,000,000,000 KUJI
- Liquidity55%Paired on an Ink DEX. LP tokens burned.
- The Drop25%Locked in the Drop contract, released in claim rounds.
- Pod rewards20%Locked in the Pod, streamed to stakers over time.
- Team0%None.
VI. The Pod pays whales to stay
Most memecoins punish patience. The Pod pays for it.
- SizeDolphin 100K+ +0.10×Orca 1M+ +0.25×Kujira 10M+ +0.50×
- TimeEvery 30 days staked +0.25×Up to 120 days +1.00×
Rewards are shared by boosted stake, so a Kujira-size stake held for four months earns 2.5 times what the same KUJI would earn on day one. Leaving is always allowed, but withdrawing anything restarts the clock. Rewards come only from the pool that was put in at the start. Nothing is printed.
VII. The Drop falls on those already on the water
When the whale breaches, the spray falls on all who stand near.
The first round goes to the people who already trade on Ink: 14,981 wallets that swapped on Ink's DEXes on at least two days this year, each listed for 81,766 KUJI. Claims are first come, first served until the round's 80M KUJI is gone. Claim straight into the Pod for 25% more.
Later rounds go to the pod itself. Whale rounds snapshot every holder, wallet and Pod together, and reward those of Orca size and up. Snapshots are announced before they happen.
Check any wallet at kujira.ink. Every list is published so anyone can verify it.
VIII. What the fisherman can and cannot do
The fisherman holds a rope, not a net.
- Can: add rewards to the Pod, start Drop rounds from the published lists, and burn unused Drop tokens.
- Cannot: mint KUJI, tax it, freeze a wallet, touch anyone's stake, or take the Drop or Pod pools.
- Will: hand the remaining controls to a community multisig, or give them up entirely, once the rounds are done.
IX. The pod decides
The whale belongs to whoever swims with it.
Make the memes. Build the tools. Run the spaces. Hold, stake, share your rank. The fisherman will keep the water clear and the lists honest. Everything else is yours.
